The Opportunity


* Seeking Urgent Care or Primary Care physician assistants and nurse practitioners.


* Preferred experience working in the Emergency Department or Urgent Care/Primary Care.


* Current national certification, BLS, and DEA required.


* Current CA state license is a plus.


* Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.


* Providers will be cross-credentialed to work at all United Health Care Centers.

United Health Centers Sanger - Sanger, California

United Health Centers Reedley - Reedley, California

United Health Centers Corcoran - Corcoran, California

United Health Centers Mendota - Mendota, California

United Health Centers Milburn - Fresno, California


* 4 rooms within the footprint of the Federally Qualified Health Center of UHC.


* Facility hours at 12pm-9pm on weekdays and 9am-5:30pm on weekends.


* Annual volume of approximately 8,000 patients.


* Minor procedures including lacerations, I&D's, simple foreign body removal, Ear lavage, and simple tweezer/splinting.


* Basic point of care testing including rapid strep, UTI, glucose, and COVID.


* Pharmacy, labs, and imaging available on site or as referral to another UHC site.


* This facility may qualify you for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
