Tallon is recruiting for a senior level Microsoft 365 Developer to support M365 apps development including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and more.

 This is a full-time position offering W2 salary and benefits.

No 1099 or C2C is permitted.

Prior experience supporting Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and DHS Suitability is preferred.

Role and responsibilities:


* Work as part of a collaborative team supporting Enterprise M365 enhancements for multiple application development projects


* Provide technical expertise across multiple project tasks


* Evaluate application performance and recommend improvements and enhancements to optimize customer satisfaction


* Provide expertise and continuously promote industry best practices contributing to project success


* Provide domain knowledge and support critical decision-making impacting project implementation


* Support on-site schedule in Washington DC

Required qualifications and experience:


* U.S.

Citizenship (no dual citizenship)


* Current DHS Suitability or eligibility to obtain secure access


* Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline
+ Additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree


* 8+ years of related Microsoft Applications development 


* Expertise with MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)


* Experience M365 application capabilities and creating custom business applications


* Experience planning and leading major technology assignments


* Demonstrated experience working closely with client stakeholders and meeting stated goals for project implementation


* Experience supervising technical team members


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills


* Availability to support on-site schedule
