Maximus is seeking a Clinical Operations Supervisor to support the Illinois SALT program, overseeing SMHRF Pre-Admission Assessors and SMHRF CSR Assessors to ensure high-quality evaluations align with state and federal guidelines.

This role involves supervising assessors, ensuring compliance with Illinois HFS regulations, monitoring assessment quality, and driving operational efficiency.

The supervisor will manage workflow, track performance metrics, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide training to assessors while fostering professional development.

About the program: The Illinois Screening and Assessment for Long-Term Settings (SALT) program, managed in partnership with Maximus and the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS), facilitates key assessments such as Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR), Supportive Living Program (SLP) assessments, and Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) evaluations to ensure individuals receive appropriate long-term care placements based on their needs.
