Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Flexforce (Mid Level)
ERM is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our dynamic North American Talent Acquisition Team.
This role is integral to managing recruiting operations and reporting activities for a leading global sustainability consulting firm with offices across the United States and Canada.

Your Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Operations & Support:
* Assist with full-cycle recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
* Manage and create job requisitions in Workday, posting roles across job boards, social media, universities, and professional associations.
* Proactively suggest new sourcing channels to increase candidate diversity and enhance AA/EEO compliance.
* Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations.
* Review resumes, search talent pools, and support candidate engagement.
* Maintain documentation of Job Order Forms, Hiring Forms, Job Descriptions.
* Draft candidates offer letters.
* Prepare bi-weekly team meeting slide deck.
* Format candidate profiles.
* Special projects as needed.
Interview & Candidate Coordination:
* Schedule interviews (virtual, phone, and in-person), coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
* Arrange candidate travel as needed.
* Ensure timely and professional communication with all stakeholders.
Data & Reporting:
* Act as a Workday Super-User, managing high volumes of data and maintaining talent pipelines.
* Generate reports and insights for business leaders, analyzing recruiting trends, hiring metrics, and market data.
* Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
Collaboration & Communication:
* Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders, HR teams, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
* Provide regular updates on recruitment activities, proactively addressing challenges and solutions.
* Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
What You Bring to the Team
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate environment (Talent Acquisition, HR, or Executive Assistant experience preferred).
