Summary

We are seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team at The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care.

This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while fostering an environment of compassion and professionalism.

Pay: Starting at $90,000/year

Hours: Monday through Friday; will require on- call

Responsibilities


* Oversee all nursing operations to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.


* Develop and implement effective nursing care plans tailored to residents' needs.


* Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote professional development and teamwork.


* Manage medical records and ensure accurate documentation of patient care.


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.


* Ensure resident rights are upheld while providing compassionate care.


* Monitor quality improvement initiatives within the nursing department.

Requirements


* Registered Nurse (RN) license required; BSN preferred.


* Proven experience in a nursing leadership role within a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.


* Strong knowledge of medical records management and care planning processes.


* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


* Working knowledge of Point Click Care
