We are adding to our PRN Occupational Therapy team to provide exceptional care, enhance patient recovery, and support our team in delivering high-quality therapy services.


* Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral and create effective treatment plans.


* Administer therapy in alignment with physician-approved plans.


* Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Restorative Aides.


* Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment changes per policy.


* Provide caregiver training and assist with discharge planning, including recommending durable medical equipment.


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in patient care and rehabilitation meetings.

Education:


* Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.


* Current Kansas Occupational Therapy license in good standing.


* Strong communication, reasoning, and computer skills (e.g., Point Click Care).


* Ability to meet physical demands, including frequent standing, reaching, and lifting.
