Objectives of the position


* Plan, develop, and direct all aspects of the Sales Organization to meet established sales targets and objectives in collaboration with the Nordics Surgery team.


* Formulate and communicate strategic and tactical plans for the sales team, ensuring alignment with Denmark, Nordic, and EMEA direction.


* Ensure effective execution of policies and plans to drive business growth and achieve both long-term and short-term objectives.
