Lead Program Manager

Tricentis is searching for a Lead Program Manager to join our Corporate PMO team and support cross-functional initiatives driven by the Product organization.

The candidate for this role owns, defines, plans, and delivers cross-departmental program management for business-critical, time-sensitive projects through all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation through completion.

Focuses on the design and overall execution of programs and establishes a results-oriented, metrics-driven programmatic approach to deliver on strategic initiatives.

 We are looking for candidates with excellent project/program management, technical acumen, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities Include:


* Planning and execution of product initiatives from initial concept phase to release and post release follow-up.


* Manage the SAP premium qualification (PQ) process by fostering the relationship across organizations and teams


* Drive collaboration with Business Leaders, Product Managers, Engineering, Quality and Regulatory Compliance team and Go-To-Market teams.


* Foster strong collaboration with business partners and vendors to drive mutual success and deliver on key objectives


* Own and lead the project process and deployment to ensure on time, quality delivery.


* Define and own the program (mission, vision, tenets), create project plans and charters, and oversee their execution, set objectives, analyze, and report data, drive improvements that are quantifiable and measurable, and influence resource allocation. 


* Drive the alignment of the product team’s priorities with the corporate goals, ensuring continuous focus and progress


* Identify impediments and remove barriers and blockers that conflict with the broader business operations; escalate and communicate blockers to senior leaders as required.


* Partner with Product Leadership in prioritization of initiatives assigned to the org.


* Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

Run daily stand-ups/project meetings with distributed teams.

Ensure notation and communication of action items and update project plans accordingly.


* Lead, actively participate in, and collaborate with project- related cross-functional teams on requirements gathering, Sprint planning/retrospectives, design review, and pressure test proposals. 


* Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is appropriately maintained.

Assess gaps and build out as needed. 


* Ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively including documentation, training, status updates, escalation paths, etc.

Contribute to defining and monitor KPIs to measure team performance and drive process improvement.
