We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, Global Deliver Network Optimization! This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, NJ; alternative locations may be considered in Zug, Switzerland; Beerse, Belgium; or Latina, Italy.

This position is critical in driving value through network and lane optimization, impacting cost savings and free cash flow.

You will develop and implement innovative supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and performance while identifying optimization opportunities through advanced data analysis and benchmarking.

Will also lead impact assessments, develop cases, and engage with business partners on global distribution strategies.

As a subject matter expert, your insights will shape best-in-class policies and cultivate continuous improvement in our Deliver Network Strategy.

Additionally, you will lead cross-functional teams on the supply chain improvements, mentor colleagues in network assessments, develop digital tools for network strategy assessments, and change management initiatives to improve supply chain capabilities and performance
