Your Next Career Opportunity – Talent Acquisition Partner II

Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, hiring and recommending placement of exceptional and ensure that they meet the company and department objectives are accomplished, and ensuring a superior candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment and hiring process.

This strategic partner will utilize market trends and intelligence, while working on different types and levels of positions across the organization.

Leads team members to plan and implement projects.

Responsible for the recommendation and negotiation of the total compensation project- Conduct Targeted Selection Training for hiring managers Supports Manager, Talent Acquisition in onboarding, training and implementing development activities with Talent Acquisition Partners and Administrators as well as other team members.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities


* Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for assigned functions and locations, achieving established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); specifically recruit, interview, hire and recommend placement of team members.


* Conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring managers to understand the role and required qualifications, educate the hiring team on process, roles and responsibilities and establish a strong partnership.


* Focus on external recruitment initiatives, while acting as a key contact and strategic partner to business groups within the organization and promoting organic growth/managing internal recruitment processes


* Develop a deep understanding of organizational growth strategy and associated talent needs – both short and long-term – and bring forward talent acquisition solutions to support business plans.
