A little taste of your day-to-day:


* Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift, and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up


* Ensure restaurant operating equipment is clean and in working order


* Executes cash handling and banking procedures


* Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports


* Establish and instruct staff in cash security procedures


* Supervise the maintenance of service equipment


* Monitor standards of guest facilities and services


* Always follow standard telephone etiquette while speaking to guest over phone


* Greet guests appropriately at their room and provide service upon items ordered


* Ensure prompt and efficient delivery of food and beverage to the guest's room


* Serve orders if needed 


* Read and retain all pertinent information regarding daily promotions, food and beverage specials


* May check back with guest to ensure they are enjoying their meal, and determine if they have any other needs


* Perform essential duties in the absence of supervisor


* Must be able to anticipate guest or operational needs


* Ensure all room service equipment is functioning properly; report any problems to the supervisor
