Job Description:

Position Summary

We are seeking a Finance Coordinator to support the financial planning and performance management of Deliver operations across LATAM.

This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to leverage digital tools to drive efficiency in forecasting, cost tracking, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve cost visibility, optimize financial processes, and ensure accurate reporting of key financial metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting
• Drive cost forecasting accuracy, ensuring risks and opportunities (R&Os) are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
• Partner with Business and Finance stakeholders to develop and track key financial performance indicators related to Deliver operations.
• Analyze financial trends and variances, supporting data-driven decision-making for cost optimization.

Process & System Optimization

• Enhance financial reporting through the implementation and optimization of dashboards, ensuring efficient data visualization and accessibility.
• Leverage financial systems and digital tools to automate processes and improve the accuracy of financial insights.
• Support the integration and standardization of finance processes across the region, ensuring alignment with global finance initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in financial planning, reporting, and cost management, preferably in logistics or supply chain finance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Experience with financial systems and data tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Excel, Anaplan, or similar).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, managing multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
