We are searching for the best talent for Training Associate to be in Latina.

Purpose: in this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the management and execution of training and document systems within our organization.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, analyzing training metrics, and assisting users in navigating training materials and reports.

Your contributions will enable efficient onboarding and qualification processes, as well as enhance our documentation management flow.

This position is a fixed-term contract for 1 year, offering you the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for:



* Support the management of the electronic system to create, assign and verify the execution of training.


* Support the management of the electronic document management system and review the documents to ensure compliance from a technical point of view as required by the reference procedures.


* Support the creation of reports and metrics related to on-time completion of trainings, overdue assessment flow, and periodic review of procedures.


* Support site users in using the reports needed to verify user qualification status and training completion.


* Support site users in developing training material and establishing training profiles.


* Support authors during the management of procedures.


* Interact with Service Provider with to respect to the documentation management flow, including local SharePoint and request management.


* Support the onboarding and qualification process of new users (master data collection, training profile assignment based on managers' requests).

Qualifications / Requirements:


* University Degree - Scientific field (preferred: Chemistry and pharmaceutic technology – CTF, Chemistry…)
