What you'll do on a typical day:


* Work with account, program and site leadership as required to gain an in-depth understanding of company and customer processes


* Collect data from various customer sources and enter data accurately into company database


* Coordinate with new team members and leaders to capture needed information to complete onboarding and other associated LDAP processes


* Partner with various customer teams to resolve missing or incorrect information


* Appropriately escalate complex issues to the next level of management


* Participate in regular meetings with management, assessing and addressing issues to identify and implement improvements toward more efficient LDAP management


* Efficiently maintain multiple account processes simultaneously


* Maintain training and knowledge of customer policies regarding all aspects of LDAP management

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent related work or military experience


* 1 year of experience customer service in a distributions, logistics or warehousing environment



* Proficiency in Google suite office tools and Microsoft Office experience


* Local travel of up to 25%, some overnight may be required

It'd be great if you also have:


* Experience with SAP and Fieldglass


* Advanced functionality skills in MS Office suite


* Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
