Revenue Operations Leader
We are seeking to engage a qualified individual as a Revenue Operations Leader to integrate and align the operations, systems, and data that support our business and revenue teams across the entire revenue cycle, aiming for more consistent and scalable growth.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and possess extensive experience in driving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and retention within our sales and customer success teams.
This position will involve optimizing sales processes, contract pricing and structuring, renewals management, and Salesforce administration, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools.
This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to support strategic initiatives and achieve significant business outcomes.
Furthermore, the candidate should have comprehensive experience in the core areas of commercial operations, architecture, insights, enablement, and asset management to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to revenue operations.
This role is based in our either our Oakbrook, IL or Jersey City, NJ location; however, depending on current US state, we may be able to accomodate a fully remote arrangment.
* Salesforce Administration: Serve as the primary administrator of Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, process automation, and system enhancements to support the revenue organization.
* Contract Pricing & Structure: Partner with sales and finance teams to structure and approve contract terms that align with company objectives, ensuring profitability and compliance.
* Bookings Pipeline & Renewal Management: Develop and execute processes to deliver pipeline accuracy and reportability, improve renewal rates, track contract start dates and expirations and proactively engage prospects and customers to drive retention and growth.
* CPQ Management: Oversee CPQ implementation and optimization, ensuring seamless quoting, pricing, and contract management workflows.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive key initiatives that enhance revenue operations and customer experience.
* Data-Driven Insights: Define and monitor key revenue metrics, such as bookings growth, revenue retention, and pipeline health, to provide actionable recommendations for leadership.
* Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to streamline sales operations, enhance efficiency, and drive scalability across the revenue organization.
* Commercial Excellence: Leverage expertise across commercial operations, commercial architecture, commercial insights, commercial enablement, and commercial asset management to create a structured and effective revenue operations framework.
* 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role within a SaaS or data-driven organization.
