Overview: Are you passionate about working with a talented team in a fast-paced environment while providing world-class support for renowned brand-name clients? If so, we encourage you to apply for our Software Support Engineer position.

Primary Responsibilities: As a Software Support Engineer, you will work closely with our architects and senior developers to gain an in-depth understanding of our product and how our customers leverage it to enhance efficiencies through automation in warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities.

You will apply this knowledge to:


* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues found at customer sites, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.


* Work directly with customers to understand, replicate, and resolve software issues efficiently.


* Test, deploy, debug, maintain, and improve existing software solutions to enhance system reliability.


* Document root cause analysis findings and resolutions to improve future issue prevention.


* Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical concerns.

Position Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.


* 2+ years of experience troubleshooting software and system issues in production environments.


* 2+ years of experience diagnosing and resolving application and hardware integration problems using sockets, database tables, Web Services, or middleware.


* 2+ years of experience utilizing source code control software.


* 1+ years of experience with MS SQL Server and writing SQL queries


* 2+ years of experience developing and debugging software using .Net Core, Angular, WPF, SQL, or C#.
