As the Specialist, Logistics (SNE) , you’ll be responsible for Expedite and route movement of incoming and outgoing cargo and freight shipments in airline, train, and trucking terminals and shipping docks.

You will Take orders from customers and arrange pickup of freight and cargo for delivery to loading platform.

Foreign Language Requirement: Read, write, and speak French and English fluently.

5% travel required for business needs, training, customer visits, etc.to Quebec or other locations in Canada.

What you’ll do on a typical day:


* Expedite and route movement of incoming and outgoing cargo and freight shipments in airline, train, and trucking terminals and shipping docks.


* Take orders from customers and arrange pickup of freight and cargo for delivery to loading platform.


* Prepare and examine bills of lading to determine shipping charges and tariffs.


* Schedule, coordinate and monitor drivers and equipment to ensure daily transportation operations run safely, efficiently and on time.


* Properly monitor shipments for customers to ensure on time, accurate and satisfactory deliveries.


* Troubleshoot and proactively resolve shipment discrepancies as needed.


* Enter data into the transportation management system, and maintain and generate required reports; properly process, audit and file various documentation.


* Communicate with customers, employees and the management team to ensure necessary requirements are met.
