Culinary Production Assistant

Work Schedule :

100% FTE, Days.

Scheduled hours would be Monday through Friday from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

You will work at the University Hospital at 600 Highland Ave in Madison, WI.

You will support production, retail food venue, patient meals, and catering operations to ensure the right food is available for the right person at the right time.

We are seeking a Culinary Production Assistant who:


* Provides outstanding customer and coworker service.


* Reviews production and stocking schedules.


* Accurately and safely prepares and portions food items.


* Sanitizes dishes, cookware, equipment, and environment.

Culinary Production Assistants are eligible for:

Qualifications



* High School Diploma or GED Preferred

Work Experience



* Food service and/or customer service experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* ServSafe Certification Preferred
