Digital/IT Manager

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Position Summary
As the Digital/IT Manager, you will be responsible for the overall coordination of our IT and ERP needs.

This role involves day-to-day IT support, as well as the administration, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of our ERP operating system.
Duties and Responsibilities
Information Technology


* Collaborate with department heads and staff to resolve technology issues, maintain equipment, and develop new systems and procedures.


* Visit various offices to address technology needs and train end-users.


* Oversee daily technology maintenance, implementation, updates, and cybersecurity needs across all offices.


* Review diagnostics and assess system functionality and efficiency.


* Implement security measures and stay current on best practices.


* Monitor security certificates and ensure company compliance.


* Provide technical support and troubleshoot computer/server problems.


* Install and update software and hardware as needed.


* Anticipate and report costs for replacing or updating hardware/software and server systems.


* Maintain technological infrastructure in all offices.


* Ensure IT systems are up-to-date and secure.
