Production Associate lll

What will you do?

GENERAL SUMMARY: Under general supervision builds and assembles large frames for motor control centers.

+ Familiarize yourself with wiring diagrams and symbols.
+ Carefully review the bill of materials to ensure accurate assembly.
+ Understand the appropriate torque values for each individual assembly.
+ Adhere to required assembly procedures.
+ Install units, including label/nameplates, hinges, and door panels, onto structures with precision.

Safely lift and move heavy structures as needed.
+ Work with attention to detail when following blueprints and wiring diagrams.
+ Utilize hand tools and operate a crane when necessary.
+ Keep a clean work area through general housekeeping duties.
+ Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure longevity.
+ Cross-train and rotate through various stations as required.
+ Communicate any material or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel.
+ Participate in meetings to resolve production issues and collaborate with other shifts and support groups as necessary.
+ Assist with training other associates and new associates.
+ Other duties as required.
