Position Summary:

The Senior Field Accounting Clerk will be responsible for overseeing daily timekeeping and payroll reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

This role requires strong attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The position reports directly to the Field Accounting Supervisor and operates on a 4x10 schedule (Wednesday-Saturday) .

It involves close collaboration with site personnel, operations teams, and payroll departments to maintain seamless operations and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.

Primary Responsibilities:


* Post daily timesheets from Vinyl to Day Force (handling 50-250 employees per day).


* Reconcile time records with site swipes to ensure schedule compliance.


* Verify time records against employee rosters to confirm all personnel are accounted for.


* Identify and resolve discrepancies in time records efficiently.


* Process personnel changes such as new hires, rehires, terminations, and adjustments.


* Research and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.


* Ensure payroll reconciliation aligns with contractual compliance before submission to the Billing Administrator.


* Work closely with site personnel to address and resolve timekeeping and payroll issues.


* Assist in preparing reports as directed by the supervisor or manager.


* Maintain organized records, including timesheet folders and employee files.


* Ensure all duties are performed in strict compliance with CAM's internal controls.


* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:


* Post-secondary education in accounting or a relevant combination of education and experience.


* Minimum of 5+ years in payroll processing, accounting, or field administration.


* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.


* Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines.


* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
