Position Summary:

The Director, Business Development will be responsible for leading CAM's business development strategy in the United States, with a primary focus on expanding our market share within industrial facilities along the U.S.

Gulf Coast.

This role requires a strong ability to identify new business opportunities, foster long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Vice President, Business Development, this individual will collaborate closely with Operations management and executive leadership to align business development efforts with corporate objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:


* Identify and pursue new business opportunities along the Gulf Coast, developing and executing strategies to secure service agreements and increase market share.


* Collaborate with executive leadership to develop, implement, and execute strategic business plans that drive long-term growth.


* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders.


* Expand CAM's service offerings with existing clients by identifying additional collaboration opportunities.


* Develop and implement client engagement plans, tracking client needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.


* Work closely with Operations to create win strategies, pricing models, and risk mitigation plans for proposals.


* Provide insights and updates on key pursuits, industry developments, and emerging trends to executive leadership.


* Represent CAM at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to strengthen market presence.


* Assist in tracking competitor trends and advantages to ensure a competitive edge in the market.


* Travel as required to support business development efforts and client relationship management.

Qualifications:


* Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, operations, marketing, or business management within the industrial services industry.
