voco Grand Central Hotel are looking for our next Full /Part Time Mixologist to join us in creating a warm voco welcome for our guests!

Our locally curated voco Grand Central stands strong in Glasgow’s city centre, bringing together un-stuffy service and a warm Glasgow welcome to our business and leisure guests alike.

Holding the biggest ballroom in Scotland with natural light and our iconic award-winning Champagne Central Bar, our Hotel is full of over 140 years of culture, history, and storytelling with our relaxing spaces for guests to enjoy.

We are looking for an experience Mixologist, someone with a creative flair who can entertain and educate our guests whilst mixing drinks, talking to customers about spirits and offering trivia and history about various alcohols to keep customers engaged.

You will have vast knowledge of signature cocktails but also love creating something new, unique, and fun.

Keeping up to date with seasonality and cocktail trends and making recommendations to our guests!

You are passionate about delivering a great service and must have previous experience working as a Senior Bartender, Cocktail Bartender or Mixologist and are used to working in a busy environment.
