People Analytics and Workforce Planning Intern

Job Description

This Intern will have the opportunity to join a Corporate Workforce Planning team and to gain exposure to all aspects of the WFP process.

The Intern will gain experience in Analytics, Data Management, Workforce Intelligence, and Workforce Planning.

The position will work 10 to 24 hours per week for 3 months min (option to extend); flexible schedule and amount of hours per week to accommodate class schedule.

The intern will work remotely.

Examples of some of the areas that the Intern will provide support include:


* Analysis of baseline organizational data, current state assessment, and future state design confirmation


* Data Quality and clean up


* Hypothesis testing and data modeling


* Data governance and data integrity process controls
