In this role, you will:


* Drive continuous improvement on assets through leadership of Operations, Reliability, and Engineering teams.


* Partner with other site resources (CI, Reliability, Eng, etc.) to deliver platform results.


* Responsible for a complex asset base with considerations like number of assets, employees, asset complexity, and business criticality.


* Drive cultural and business results improvement through development, ownership, and execution of Tactical Implementation Plans (TIPs), focusing on performance and health of processes and teams, removing barriers for completion of assigned work, and ensuring sustainability and health of the process via ownership of the OPEX Health Check processes.


* Build capability and put systems in place to deliver sustainable year-over-year improvement.


* Own reliability for assets


* Collaborate with planning to optimize production schedules, rates, and sequences for customer service, cycle time reduction, and conformance to source planning (CTSP)


* May establish and lead standards for processes/frameworks (e.g., housekeeping, performance management) for the facility


* Manage up to 75 Operators, Process Employees, Reliability Technicians, and Asset Engineers
