Physician or Urologist - Independent Contractor

Planned Parenthood of Orange & San Bernardino Counties has a need for a Physician or Urologist to perform vasectomy procedures in Orange, CA!



*This is an independent contractor opportunity.



*Contractor rate is $300.00 per vasectomy procedure.

Responsibilities


* Perform vasectomy procedures to appropriate patients referred and counseled by Planned Parenthood


* Chart review and documentation


* Engage patients in post procedure plan of care and reassessment as needed

Qualifications


* Current California Medical License


* Current Board Certification in Urology or Family Medicine or Obstetrics and Gynecology


* Current BLS or ACLS


* Current DEA


* Post Residency Training and/or experience in Family Planning

* Abortion patients are cared for at each of our health centers and in part through the administrative, support, and other non-clinical services provided at all PPOSBC locations and by all PPOSBC employees, and supporting these critical services is an essential job duty and fundamental responsibility of all employees and contractors.
