What you'll be doing:
The Senior Program Manager for the Customer Growth Organization will be responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of strategic projects aligned with sales goals and initiatives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT, to drive key programs aimed at optimizing sales performance, improving customer experience, and scaling business growth.
This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter, driven, highly organized, and deeply passionate about Customer Success and Growth while having education/enablement delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Strategy & Planning:
* Lead the design and execution of sales-focused programs and initiatives that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps, ensuring program milestones are met on time and within scope.
* Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
* Develop content and collateral including emails, newsletters, and surveys, all used to drive customer success growth, expansion, and renewals
* Demonstrate an understanding of strong sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, build proposals, navigate negotiations, and drive client relationships.
Stakeholder Management:
* Collaborate with senior sales leadership and key stakeholders to understand business goals and ensure project alignment with sales priorities.
* Act as the primary point of contact for senior leaders, sales teams, and other cross-functional departments, ensuring transparent communication and strong alignment.
