Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY


* Accountable for working with MAF Head, Medical Affairs Leadership Team (MALT), and other key functions/regions to accelerate the competitiveness and execution of MAF’s organizational strategy (MAF-IMPACT).


* Accountable as a strategic partner, for analyzing the organizational situation and identifying issues in forming a High Performing Team, and proposing solutions (organizational strategy) to resolve the issues to VP MAF Head, MTS Director, and MAF-LT.


* Accountable for achieving optimal visibility of the results of MAF SE activities by aligning with the tracking of the performance expectations of MAF SE activities.

Update MPR templates and ensure alignment with MBR/MCR/Global.

Establish a system to detect performance delays early, enable timely decision-making and action, and foster a culture of results-oriented.


* Accountable for supporting resource management in collaboration with Finance/HR and supporting decision-making to optimize resource allocation at JU/NU/BP timing.


* Accountable for budget management in collaboration with Finance and instilling a shift to "strategy-first" and "execution-focused" through tracking of budget Standard Quarter Phase (SQP).


* Accountable for promoting effective market entry by establishing and standardizing the MAF launch framework in Japan.


* Accountable for effective and efficient management of the Medical Affairs information sharing platform.


* Accountable for building and strengthening a structure where MALT and each department actively manages performance and takes ownership to results.


* Accoountable for building People Management guides that address specific challenges within the organization, supporting the development of People Managers' leadership and management capabilities, and improving organizational engagement.


* Accountable for supporting the development and growth of Future Medical Leaders (FMLs) and Change Ambassador Network (CAN) members and accelerating the production of next-generation leaders in collaboration with the evaluation framework.

EDUCATION


* Bachelor's Degree

* Work experience of more than 3 years in pharmaceutical industry is preferred, preferably in Medical Affairs
