A little taste of your day-to-day


* Hands-on management of the daily service of the hotel restaurants – Choix and Pierre’s.


* Overseeing the implementation of service and brand standards.


* Sharing recommendations and guest feedback with the Head Chef and F&B Management team.


* Developing and implementing a promotions calendar for F&B products and events.


* Conducting competitor analysis and staying informed about local market initiatives.


* Managing outlets costs in line with management guidelines.


* Analysing food and beverage statistics using the point-of-sale system.


* Monitoring restaurants performance through guest feedback analysis and financial results.


* Assisting in maintaining and enforcing procedures to ensure the security of funds, credit, and financial transactions. 


* Managing the timely replenishment of supplies, inventory, and uniforms while minimising waste and controlling costs.


* Ensuring all restaurants equipment is operational and regularly cleaned.


* Overseeing budgeting and forecasting.


* Enhancing the guest experience through high-quality food and service.
