Key Responsibilities:


* Personalized Care: Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and dental care.

Make sure residents are always comfortable, clean, and dry.


* Assist with Activities: Help residents with meals, answer their calls, and ensure their comfort throughout the shift.


* Encourage Independence: Assist with mobility, moving, positioning, and helping residents with various tasks.


* Keep it Fun: Help residents feel at ease by creating a positive atmosphere and participating in lighthearted conversations and activities.


* Collaborate: Work closely with nursing staff to ensure residents' needs are met, and report any changes in their condition.

Qualifications:


* Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a passion for providing exceptional care.


* CPR certification preferred.


* Strong communication skills to connect with residents, families, and staff.


* Ability to stay organized and handle various tasks with care and attention.
