Job Summary

As a key member of our team, they will be responsible for creating, maintaining, debugging, and promoting integration packages to Production using various technologies.

This \"hands-on\" role requires solid technical and analytical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The SQL Developer II will play a pivotal role in facilitating complex workflows for data movement between on-premises databases, Azure, SFTP, and third-party applications through flat files and REST API calls.

Collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders across departments will be essential.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Ability to prioritize on-going tasks and projects with distractions while maintaining attention to detail; Ability to meet deadlines and deal with shifting priorities.
2.

Ability to work on multiple projects at once with given priorities and timelines.
3.

Build complex workflows, expressions, queries, and validations with proper error handling and alerting.
4.

Create and maintain complex packages in SSIS using third party plugins, data transformations, slowly changing dimensions, and advanced expressions.
5.

Designing and creating tables, stored procedures, views, indexes, and functions using T-SQL.
6.

Develops and maintains new and existing ETL / integrations adhering to industry standards and established company best practices.
7.

Diagnoses job failures and produce solutions to ongoing issues.
8.

Documenting integration processes, configurations, and workflows for future reference and knowledge sharing.
