In this role, you will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment in the tissue mill.
* Inspect, test, and monitor equipment for wear and tear, and replace components as needed to maintain peak performance.
* Troubleshoot mechanical issues and determine the appropriate solutions, including diagnosing complex problems with production equipment.
* Assist with the installation, alignment, and calibration of new machinery and equipment.
* Perform preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and company procedures to minimize breakdowns.
* Work with electrical and instrumentation teams to support cross-functional troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
* Adhere to all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
* Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to machinery operation, environmental impact, and safety.
* Assist in inventory management and ordering of replacement parts as needed.
* Collaborate with production teams to support seamless operations and reduce downtime during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, performance, and efficiency.
