Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:


* Assist in the documentation and updating of Preventive Maintenance (PVM) plans and schedules.


* Maintain and organize records related to maintenance work orders, equipment histories, and downtime logs.


* Support the Maintenance Planner in scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance activities.


* Help track and document maintenance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as equipment reliability, response times, and maintenance costs.


* Prepare and update technical documentation, reports, and work instructions as required.


* Liaise with site teams to ensure accurate data collection for maintenance records.


* Attend site visits to observe maintenance activities and gather information for documentation purposes.


* Assist in tracking spare parts inventory and coordinating procurement processes.


* Support the planning team with organizing maintenance schedules and worker assignments.


* Participate in team meetings and provide updates on documentation and planning status.
