CTI Cloud Network Expert

Description - External A Cloud CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) Network Architect is responsible for designing, implementing and supporting cloud-based network solutions that support CTI cloud Technology systems.

This role involves integrating communication technologies, such as voice, video, and data, with cloud-based infrastructure to improve communication and collaboration within an organization.

• Designing and implementing cloud-based telecommunication solutions to support the organization's communication needs.
• Collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders to define network requirements and architecture for CTI systems.
• Evaluating and recommending cloud-based services and technologies to enhance CTI functionality and efficiency.
• Developing and implementing network security measures to protect CTI systems and data.
• Troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions to ensure uninterrupted CTI services.
• Monitoring network performance and capacity to optimize CTI system performance using network tool like 1000 Eyes.
• Documenting network configurations, processes, and best practices for CTI systems
• Providing training and support to IT staff and end-users on cloud-based CTI systems and technologies.

Overall, a Cloud CTI Network Architect plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based telecommunication solutions that enable seamless communication and collaboration within an organization.

This role requires strong technical skills, knowledge of cloud computing and telecommunication technologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• University Degree in either computer science or business administration

• Vast experience used to work in agile environments

• Experience of designing software systems

• Technical background and willingness to work agnostically

• Very Strong experience working with software delivery teams

• Strong decision-making capability

• Ability to see the bigger picture

• Strong IT background and understanding of Schneider Digital's internal organization and processes are required to leverage stakeholder's connections and manage effectively

• Excellent communication and influencing skills

• Strong Technical knowledge to keep up to date with evolutions on IaaS partners and vendors

• Manage under high pressure, challenging and accelerated environment
