based position, the expected compensation range is $130,400 - $165,200 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

We are currently seeking a Integrated Logistics Operations Site Lead, acting as main operational contact with a CFS (Container freight station).

This person will be embedded into a 3PL site, acting as the liaison between Schneider and the supplier, ensuring compliance to the contract.

This position requires a firm understanding of end-to-end supply chain flows and 3rd Party cross dock operations:

What will you do?


* Operational Oversight: Serve as the primary SE operational contact for the CFS Logistics site in Chino, CA, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.


* Supply Chain Management: Monitor and optimize end-to-end supply chain flows, identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.


* Cross-Dock Operations: Liaise with third party Operations Manager to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods between suppliers and customers.


* Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution and logistics operations, providing regular updates to SE stakeholders.
