Job Description:

The Sr.

Finance Director for Global FP&A and Innovation is a vital leadership position within the Vision organization, partnering with the WW Vision business unit to achieve financial goals.

This role oversees financial planning and analysis for the $5 billion NTS business in collaboration with the Vision CGC, CFO, and other leaders.

The position involves working closely with R&D, GSM, and NBD teams to support fact-based portfolio decisions and managing a global team of 35 finance professionals in Global FP&A, SigniFi, and Innovation.

Reporting to the J&J Vision CFO, this role is integral to financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:



* Lead Financial Planning and Analysis for a $5b WW Vision end to end business including
+ Monitoring key business drivers and levers
+ Leading process coordination for planning timelines
+ Setting targets with global leadership
+ Summarizing financials and insights for planning cycles
+ Ensuring concise and align narratives for corporate submissions


* Lead cross functional financial analysis and trade off discussions focused on driving profitable growth as a core member of various leadership forums


* Drive the SigniFi roll out across Vision ensuring implementation standardized practices that meet business needs


* Analyze new product investment opportunities (organic and inorganic) to drive fact-based portfolio decisions as a core member of the Innovation Leadership Team


* Play a leadership role in the annual Long Term planning activities including driving organizational alignment on key assumptions and financial projections and ultimately drive execution of key enablers


* Ensure delivery of financial commitments for R&D, GSM, Commercial Excellence, Digital and other globally managed budgets through strong planning and controlling while driving trade offs


* Enable strong compliance results by strong direct role in US companies while ensuring strong compliance globally via indirect partnership


* Lead and develop a high performing finance organization including a direct organization of 35 and the broader finance team
