We are searching for the best talent for Sr.

Product Specialist to be in Moncton, NB.

Position Overview

Key responsibilities include:


* Attain sales/market share objectives.


* Collaborate on creation of regional plan; owns execution of aligned regional strategy supporting the development of priority accounts and customers in Biosurgery and Energy portfolios.


* Provide highly specialized technical expertise in Biosurgery and Energy solutions to the customer.


* Work closely with other sales team members to implement account plans, develop clinical relationships and provide case coverage and support.


* Lead and shape critical product trials in medium to large sized hospitals.


* Interact with sales and marketing management to refine product and marketing initiatives.


* Call on existing and prospective customers while providing product information, pricing and overall exceptional customer service.


* Operate within an assigned territory budget and adheres to assigned administrative duties.


* Provide insight on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace.


* Work with members of the regional sales team to improve performance and enhance morale.

Qualifications



* A University Degree is required, preferably in business, statistics or health sciences.


* A minimum of five years of sales, marketing or related experience is required.
