Provides leadership and oversight for the EPMO Project/Program Management group as a centralized shared service for project/program management needs.

Oversees team efforts to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams responsible for project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.

Delivering defined project/program outputs on time, within budget, and with quality results using PMBOK best practices and standards.

Accountable for coordinating cross-functional project teams to plan, organize, monitor, resource, risk, and issue management through tools, meetings, and progress measurement activity bringing distinct, specific projects to completion.

This role requires relevant project management (i.e., PMP, CSM, Six Sigma), program management (PGMP) or graduate (MPM) qualification.

Gains familiarity with Project Management concepts, practices, and methodologies.

• Contributes to key aspects of major project development and management, helping with:

o Project sizing and scoping,

o Project plan and milestone development,

o Change management,

o Risk assessment and mitigation,

o Tracking and reporting.

• Develops updates on progress, challenges, and status for communication with project stakeholders.

• Builds positive working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and allied teams.

Up to two years of experience

Minimum Education and Certifications

BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related fields
