What are we looking for?

The Laboratory Manager takes a technical role and has overall responsibility for the technical operations and the provision of the resources needed to ensure the required quality of laboratory operation.

The Laboratory Manager shall maintain and improve the laboratory's technical operation efficient in a cost‐effective manner, ensure resources such as manpower, training, equipment, workflow is available to create a sustainable laboratory operation regionally.

Shift/Schedule: Monday through Friday, standard business hours with flexibility based on client needs and travel.

What you'll do:


* Implements, maintains, enforces, and improves the laboratory, the Company's operating plans for the following: Quality Management, Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance, Legal and Ethical Compliance.

Training.


* Renders to clients an accurate, rapid and efficient testing service of indisputable integrity.


* Collaborates with local team to provide supervision of testing and review of results when necessary.


* Collaborates with local team to ensure that adequate calibrated equipment and trained personnel are available for all jobs.


* Collaborates with local team to evaluate laboratory employee performance, maintains discipline, and recommends hiring and dismissal.
