What You Will Do

Design Engineer


* System Design and Sizing:



* They perform basic sizing of complete systems involving various equipment using in-house process design simulation software.

This includes the design and sizing of Thermal Oxidizer systems.

Documentation and Analysis:


* They prepare and review Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), and control narrative documentation.

They also analyze project requirements and apply technical concepts to provide conclusions and recommendations to customers.

Project Feasibility and Budgeting:


* They conduct feasibility studies and provide independent engineering services to clients, including design reviews, technical due diligence, and project planning.

They help formulate project budgets based on their technical analysis.

Customer Interaction:


* They participate in customer meetings during the enquiry and project phases to ensure that John Zink's solutions meet client needs effectively.

Aftermarket Controls Engineer


* Control System Design and Development:



* Assist in designing and developing control systems, including Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD).


* Support the implementation of control strategies and algorithms to optimize system performance.



* Aid in project execution activities, focusing on enhancing the customer experience.


* Participate in feasibility studies, design reviews, and technical due diligence.


* Help formulate project budgets based on technical analysis and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.



* Provide technical support and respond to customer queries under supervision.


* Assist in ensuring timely delivery of proposals and responses to technical queries.


* Help maintain and enhance customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
