Global Technology Leader – Trays

Your Job

Koch-Glitsch is currently hiring a Global Technology Leader - Trays.

This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation tray product solutions in alignment with business objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our tray product line extends its market leader position and increases profitability.

You will provide technical expertise to our global teams in a way that increases the overall technical capability and ability of our teams to provide solutions to our customers, drive technological advancements, and ensure that our products remain at the forefront of the industry.

This is a global role that can be located anywhere that Koch-Glitsch has a presence.

You will be part of the Koch-Glitsch Product and Technology team, known for its expertise in mass transfer and mist elimination.

What You Will Do



* Lead and manage the global tray technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals


* Technical review of complex tray designs and guarantees, in line with Koch's risk philosophy


* Be a trusted partner to our global teams, deliver technical training, and foster an environment of knowledge sharing and skill development


* Collaborate with the Global Product Manager, R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing teams to drive innovation and implement best practices.


* Be a public representative of the company through involvement in industry best practice committees, presenting at key conferences, and authoring technical publications


* Develop and strengthen relationships with mass transfer technology SME's at our key customers

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Experience in tray design and manufacturing.


* Experience leading and managing complex technology projects.


* Experience collaborating and working with cross-functional teams.


* Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.


* Willingness to travel internationally as needed

What Will Put You Ahead



* Experience in managing global technology initiatives.


* Advanced understanding of mass transfer processes and tray technologies.


* Experience with process simulation software (PRO/II, AspenPlus, HYSYS, ProTreat)
