Louisville East Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat Residents and communicate with families, physicians and other health team members.

Must maintain documentation of services, observe regulations that govern our facility and as directed by our Director of Therapy to ensure that the highest degree of quality Resident care is maintained at all times.
