Evaluation procedures and schedules:

Verification of FWS Funds
2.  Once FWS is Verified, Supervisor will review resumes & if qualifications are met, interview will be scheduled
 

Duties and responsibilities:

HASS is seeking a dynamic undergraduate student with strong communication skills to assist with key Student Success priorities, including but not limited to hosting exciting student-facing events, developing promotional materials, writing social media content, and carrying out weekly data-oriented tasks to track efficacy.  The successful candidate will be able to liaise with faculty and build relationships with alumni/ae while working in a warm, professional-development oriented environment.

Requirement: Candidate must be Undergraduates who have received Federal Work Study that is reflected on your Financial Aid Award Letter and are currently enrolled with a minimum of 6 credits.

This is a part-time, hourly position within the School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences.
 

Job Responsibilities:


* Assist the Student Success Team in creating visuals for digital and print materials.


* Create tailored graphics to promote events on social media.


* Provide Student Success event support including but not limited to event set-up, staying the duration of the event, attendee check-in, photograph the event, and event breakdown.


* Complete assigned weekly tasks.


* All federal work study students in HASS may also be asked to complete general office duties as needed.
 

Qualifications:


* Preferred experience in graphic design, writing, and multimedia production.


* Knowledge of Canva and Adobe products (Acrobat Professional, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).


* Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).


* Communicative and responsible.
