Schedule: Monday - Friday (part-time to full-time)

Wage: $23 - $28 DOE

Job Duties:


* Provide administrative assistance to the Administrator and the business office.


* Perform general secretarial and administrative duties as required or directed by the Administrator in support of the administrative functions of all departments within the facility.


* Represent the facility in dealings with outside agencies, including governmental agencies and third-party payors.


* Maintain an adequate liaison with families and residents.

Requirements:


* Must possess a high school education.


* A minimum, three (3) years of clerical/secretarial experience preferred.


* Office experience in a healthcare setting preferred.


* Must be knowledgeable of computer systems, system applications, and other office equipment.


* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
