The Role: Data and Analytics Director

We are looking for an experienced Director for Data and Analytics lead a growing team of 100+ performing analytics in our Global Hub Cavite & Taguig locations, represent these services throughout Schneider Electric.

What will you do?

• Lead a growing team of Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Data Analyst and Data Visualization experts delivering all facets of analytics and end to end data solution.

• Responsible for developing the organizational strategy for people, data governance, data maturity and technology to support the Global Hub's vision of creating the Analytics Center of Excellence.

• Take the role of a Data Domain Owner where the ideal candidate will work with local and global teams to build and manage the Data Architecture and Standards of the data domain.

The candidate is expected to be conversant in technical data topics to successfully work with Global Data Strategy Leaders from various Data Offices and project management teams to deliver a high maturity index for the domain.

• Full accountability in sustaining and growing the Analytics as a service business.

This will require the candidate to provide local guidance to both direct and hosted analytics team in the Global Hub community while engaging existing and potential stakeholders throughout Schneider Electric to raise awareness of the value we offer and find opportunities to grow.

• Actively participate as a member of the Global Hub Senior Leadership team as we progress in our journey to be a world class business services hub.

Model & Cascade SE IMPACT Values and a High-Performance Culture throughout the team providing leadership, coaching, support, career development and recognition to managers and their teams.

• Define & execute a full relationship management program with stakeholders including service agreements, success measurement and performance reviews.

• Responsible for creating the strategy to bring the Global Hub's Data Maturity to Global SE Digital standards.

Qualifications

Who would be successful?

• Bachelor's degree graduate

• At least 10+ solid work experience in managing a global analytics team delivering end to end data solutions (ETL processes, building data pipelines, Data Quality and Governance, etc) and different facets of analytics (descriptive, predictive, ML, AI).

• Management experience and level of technical expertise in data and analytics to lead a team with specialized capabilities, while influencing and collaborating with leaders of various businesses.
