This role will focus on creating robust guidelines and processes to support external developers, fostering a vibrant developer community, and collaborating closely with the CTO and execution teams to establish a cohesive business logic layer.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, product management expertise, and a passion for empowering developers to create innovative integration solutions.

The position requires strong communication, influencing and analytic skills, technical and business acumen, relationship development skills and a motivational style.

Collaboration and partnering within Schneider Electric's global organization and across teams is critical for success.

Primary Responsibilities

Integration Strategy and Framework Development
- Develop and implement a unified integration strategy that harmonizes legacy systems and upcoming software offerings, ensuring a structured approach
- Design a scalable and flexible integration framework that supports diverse use cases and ensures interoperability across products.
- Identify and prioritize integration opportunities to maximize business value and enhance customer satisfaction.

Developer Support and Community Engagement
- Create comprehensive guidelines, best practices, and processes for external developers to facilitate smooth integration with our products.
- Establish and animate a developer community through forums, webinars, and events to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and feedback.
- Develop and maintain a robust set of resources, including API documentation, SDKs, and integration toolkits, to empower developers in their integration efforts.
