Senior Sales Engineer-Qatar

Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Engineer.

The successful candidate will promote & support enclosures business development in Qatar in compliance with country regulations and industry requirements, hence enabling the pull-through business of PP, PS, DE, IA, and PA business units.

Adapt and implement Enclosures' marketing and sales initiatives in accordance with Qatar's commercial policy and the management team.

Identify and develop new channels and segments to increase the market share and sustainable growth of enclosures activity.

Responsibilities:


* Boost Enclosures' business (to an agreed value) in a specific period.


* Increase the profitability of Enclosures' business in the Qatar in compliance to the country guidelines.


* Develop & manage new/ existing channels (ODs, PBs, SIs, OEMs) to increase the market share of Enclosures' business by saturating them with relevant Enclosures' offers.


* Define a go-to-market strategy for Enclosures' activity to optimize its sell-in/ sell-out through the suitable channels.


* Create & win new opportunities in segments business (esp.

Energies & Chemicals, Data Centers, WWW, Marine, Transportation) and increase market visibility.


* Ensure Enclosures offers are approved as a preferred vendor with all major end users

Skills:


* Based in Qatar.


* Coordinate & collaborate with Qatar sales teams of PP, PS, DE, IA & PA BUs/ LoB marketing team/ Enclosures' supply chain team


* Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering


* 3-5yrs of exp.

in sales & marketing of LV switchgear/ control gear/ automation business in the Qatar.


* Good communication & interpersonal skills


* Knowledge in enclosure systems in an advantage
