Key Responsibilities:


* Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans for residents


* Work closely with the Occupational Therapist to monitor and track progress


* Help residents improve their daily living skills through hands-on therapy


* Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date


* Provide compassionate care while fostering a positive, supportive environment

What We're Looking For:


* Active COTA certification


* Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
