? What You'll Do:


* Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing setting


* Develop individualized treatment plans to promote functional independence


* Collaborate with the rehab team, nursing staff, and families to deliver patient-centered care


* Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed


* Educate patients and families on exercises and therapeutic techniques

? What We're Looking For:


* Valid California Physical Therapist license


* Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care


* Excellent communication and teamwork skills


* Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred, but new grads are welcome!

? Pay Range: $60-$70/hr, based on experience
