Your Responsibilities:


* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals


* Assess residents' progress and adjust therapies as needed


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care


* Educate residents and their families to support ongoing recovery

What You Bring:


* Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Alaska


* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
